Black Bean Burger

This was the first time that we had tried this recipe. It was made of equal parts hamburger and black beans.
The addition of the beans made the burger an odd consistency and it was difficult to tell how well the meat was cooked.
It also could have been that I was grilling after dark. Next, I melted some cheese over the top, added lettuce, avocado and BBQ. It was really good. I plan on making this again, but next time adding bacon over the top and starting while it is still light outside.
