Bacon Egg & Cheese on English Muffin


Leigha made this on a day that we had stayed home to replace our flooring around the house. Making it is easy:

First you add wrap a piece of bacon around the inside a muffin tin. Next, you drop an egg in the center. Put it in the oven for a few minutes and you have yourself a bacon-wrapped egg. Next, toast your muffin and melt some cheese over the top. As I often do, I drizzled some Sriracha over the top to complete it. This protein-packed meal is tasty, warming and quite filling. Perfect for getting us ready for a day of manual labor.

  1. I added the cheese at the beginning and baked it all for about 20 min.
